I came into the workshop with a touch of scepticism, but I kept an open mind and took part in all the exercises. During the session itself, I enjoyed the process, though I couldn’t quite put my finger on what I was getting from it. Then, a few hours later, something clicked. A realisation landed with surprising force: I need to completely rethink how I create and how I live. The workshop didn’t offer a neat set of tips or a “better method” — it revealed that the way I’ve been approaching things simply doesn’t serve me anymore. It’s rare for something to work on you long after it’s finished, but this did. I’m still pondering and reflecting on it now, yet it’s already clear that it sparked a fundamental shift.
