The Art of Imagination: A Creative Introduction to Conscious Creation

£70.00

A guided exploration of imagination, awareness and creative choice through art.

There are moments in life when imagination feels distant.

When the pace of work, responsibility and practicality gradually take centre stage.

And the part of you that once imagined freely becomes quieter.

The Art of Imagination creates a space to reconnect with that part of yourself.

Through guided creative exploration, you experience how imagination shapes the way you see the world; and the choices available to you within it.

A Glimpse Into the Work

The Art of Imagination is a shorter, introductory experience drawn from the deeper work explored in Life Reimagined.

Through a series of playful yet reflective exercises, participants experience first-hand how imagination influences perception, emotion and possibility.

During the session we explore:

  • how imagination shapes the way we interpret our lives
    • the difference between unconscious and conscious ways of being
    • how attention and focus influence our experience of reality
    • how creative expression can reveal new perspectives

Art becomes a simple tool for awareness.

You may think you are simply drawing or painting.

But the real work is noticing what happens within you as you create.

Participants often discover that a small shift in imagination can quickly open new ways of seeing.

What Participants Experience

“A profound yet playful stirring of my heart space.”
Taylor, London

“I did more drawing in one hour than I had in the last 50 years.”
Paul, Sydney

“Deep yet playful and surprisingly transformative.”
Vandana, UK

“A beautiful opportunity to take time out and reconnect with intentional living.”
Roddy, London

Who This Is For

This is for people who used to make things and stopped. Or who always wanted to but never quite gave themselves permission.

It also tends to resonate with people who have noticed that the joy, the fun, the sense of aliveness… has quietly gone missing. Not dramatically. Just gradually, the way it often does.

And it’s for practising creatives too. Sometimes the people closest to their craft are the ones most in need of a beginner’s mind.

You don’t need to be an artist. Most participants haven’t picked up a pencil in years. What’s required is curiosity, and a willingness to spend three hours finding out what happens when you stop performing and start playing.

If the idea of it makes you slightly nervous, you’re probably in the right place.

A Note on Fit

This session is exploratory and experiential.

It may not be the right environment if you are looking for:

  • technical art instruction
  • a traditional painting class
  • purely analytical discussion

The experience works best when approached with openness and curiosity.
