  1. The Colour Forge — 1:1 Coaching Programme

4.1 Nature of Coaching

The Colour Forge is a creative, embodied coaching programme focused on awareness, imagination and self-authorship.

It is not counselling, therapy, crisis support or medical treatment.

Clients join with the understanding that transformation can involve discomfort or emotional challenge.

4.2 Commitment & Duration

The Colour Forge is designed as a 12-month journey.

The commitment period is stated in your individual coaching agreement.

4.3 Payments & Refunds (Coaching)

  • All payments are non-refundable once made
  • Payments are required to be kept up-to-date
  • Sessions may pause if payments fall behind
  • No refunds are given for unused sessions

This reflects the energetic, creative and time capacity reserved for each client.

4.4 Sessions & Scheduling

  • Sessions are held via Zoom unless otherwise agreed
  • 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule
  • Missed sessions without notice are considered used
  • Unused sessions do not roll over beyond the agreed timeframe

4.5 Recording of Sessions

  • If recorded, the file is saved to the client’s computer only
  • The coach does not keep copies

4.6 Between-Session Support

Clients may email between sessions for brief check-ins or clarifications.

The coach will reply as soon as reasonably possible within normal working hours.

This is not intended as therapeutic or crisis support.

4.7 Notes & Privacy

The coach may take written notes during sessions.

These are held securely for the duration of the coaching relationship and destroyed afterward.
