Proper Smile: The idea
Buying material things often has a temporaryuplifting benefit. This was particularly
apparent during lockdown.
I decided to explore why people buy what
they buy – asking what the last thing was
that my friends and family bought on
Amazon that gave them a “proper smile”.
This was accompanied by a painting of poet,
Destiny Adeyemi, painted on Amazon
packaging, whose smile is incredibly
contagious.
